3 Lessons of Confession–Lead a Happier & More Productive Life
This is a link to one of my favorite bloggers. Today her post is meant to be an insight into the writer’s life. But really it’s insight into better living for everyone.
I was thinking about what great advice this was while I was reading it and I started e-mailing friends about it…then I thought about putting the link on my Facebook page…then Kristen offered me an incentive to share bigger and I just had to.
Like I said, I think this post is full of GREAT advice. For me the most poignant element is the idea of naming the correct emotion in order to deal with it. I think hungry and tired might be the titles I give too many of my emotions. (And maybe that’s why it’s so difficult for me to just eat less and move more — and why I get so frustrated when people suggest a supposedly easy weight loss fix.) What about you all? How do you incorrectly label your emotions?
Don’t forget to check out Kristen’s story about her personal labels: 3 Lessons of Confession–Lead a Happier & More Productive Life.

Thanks for sharing your 3 lessons! Great stuff
